§ MR. HERBERT SAMUEL (Yorkshire, Cleveland)To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, seeing that the annual Reports on Northern and Southern Nigeria for 1901 were not presented until January and February, 1903, he will take steps to expedite the publication of the Reports for 1902 and future years.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Chamberlain.) I have already had the question of expediting the publication of these Reports under consideration, and steps are being taken to that end.
