GIBSON BOWLESI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies have the inquiries, which were to be made on 23rd February last as to the communication of the Premier of New South Wales protesting against New South Wales having to bear the cost of a rebate on sugar, now been completed; and can he lay upon the Table the text of that communication.
