§ SIR WILLIAM HARCOURT (Monmouthshire, W.)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, to state the amount of the National Debt on the 31st March, 1903, showing funded debt, estimated capital value of terminable annuities, unfunded debt, total of other capital liabilities, estimated assets, Exchequer balances, issues on account of interest and management of debt and issues on account of capital, contingent liabilities in respect of Trustee and Post Office Savings Banks and Friendly Societies, and interest on unfunded debt.
