HC Deb 08 April 1903 vol 120 cc1351-2
MR. GIBSON BOWLES

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, has any reply now been received from the Dutch Government, the Italian Government, and the French Government, to the circular dispatch of 13th January, wherein His Majesty's Government expressed the conditions on which they assumed to ratify the Brussels Sugar Convention; if so, can he state shortly the purport of each reply; and when will the Papers, which were in preparation on 23rd February last, be laid on the Table.

(Answered by Lord Cranborne.) My hon. friend will find all the information I can give him in Commercial, No. 2, 1903.
