To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether it is pro-posed to take the Second Reading of the Ireland Development Grant Bill on the 22nd April; or, if not, on what day will it be taken.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) I am not at present in a position to assign a date for the Second Reading of this Bill.
