JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)To ask the President of the Board of Trade if, whilst the crew were retained by the "Princess Alexandra" at Liverpool, they received any allowance in addition to their wages; can he state on what work the cook and stewards of the "Tearaght" are at present engaged; and what allowance in addition to their wages the officers and crew of that vessel are receiving; and will he explain why a temporary second officer has been engaged.
