§ MR. CROMBIE (Kincardineshire)To ask the President of the Board of Trade, whether his attention has been called to the recent loss of life from men falling overboard steam, trawl, and line fishing vessels; and whether he will consider the advisability of requiring that such vessels should be fitted with safety rails to prevent such accidents.
(Answered by Mr. Gerald Balfour.)
