HC Deb 02 April 1903 vol 120 cc892-3
MR. FLOWER (Bradford, W.)

To ask the President of the Local Government Board if he is aware that the Metropolitan Asylums Board intend to place improvable imbecile children in future in the large institution of 2,000 beds at Darenth; and whether, seeing that hopeless imbeciles are also to be placed at Darenth, he will take steps to secure that the improvable children shall have careful medical supervision.

(Answered by Mr. Walter Long.) Perhaps my hon. friend will refer to the reply which I gave on Tuesday to a Question on the same subject.
