§ MR. MURPHY (Kerry, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the rule for excluding days in national schools when the average is less than one-third of the monthly average, owing to exceptional causes, applies to evening schools as well as to day schools.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe payments of the capitation grant to evening schools are based on actual average attendances. The rule in question does not apply to these schools.
