(Answered by Mr. Secretary Akers Douglas.) I must refer the hon. Member to the reply given him by Sir Matthew Ridley on the 1st March, 1900. As the Return is a costly one and contains little information beyond that given in annual reports, I do not see my way to alter the decision of my predecessor.
