§ SIR SEYMOUR KING (Hull, Central)To ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will lay upon the Table copies of the communications which have passed between the Russian and British Governments on the subject of the Russian proposal to establish certain relations with Afghanistan.
(Answered by Lord Cranborne.) The matter to which my hon. friend refers is the subject of communications which are still proceeding between the British and Russian Governments. No Papers can be presented at present.
