HC Deb 24 October 1902 vol 113 c727
MR. BRYNMOR JONES (Swansea, District)

To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether the proposals of the Board of Customs for the removal of grievances of the second class examining officers have yet been submitted to the Treasury; and if he can now state when the settlement of the case of these officers may be expected.

(Answered by Mr. Hayes Fisher.) Yes, Sir. The proposals have been placed before the Treasury, who have, with one slight exception, sanctioned them in the form in which they were submitted. The Board expect to be able to communicate the decision to the officers concerned in the course of next week.
