MR. GIBSON BOWLESI beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether His Majesty's Government propose to introduce during this session a Bill guaranteeing a Transvaal loan; and, if so, can he state the purposes to which the proceeds of that loan are proposed to be applied.
