HC Deb 21 October 1902 vol 113 cc348-9
MR. THOMAS BAYLEY (Derbyshire, Chesterfield)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether, in view of the recent changes in the administration of the Post Office, he is now prepared to consider the advisability of appointing a Committee of Members of the House of Commons to impure into the grievances of the postal and telegraph employees.

(Answered by Mr. Austen Chamberlain.) This suggestion has already been carefully considered, and I see no reason for departing from the decision which I announced to the House on the 18th April last, on behalf of the Government.†
