MR. WEIR (ROSS and Cromarty)

To ask the Secretary of State for India, in view of the fact that £109,700,320 was spent on public works, railways, and irrigation in India between 31st March 1875, and 31st March, 1900, will he state the approximate revenue derived during that period from each of these three sources.
