TULLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state why the particulars of the expenditure on experiments in horse breeding were omitted from the last two Reports of the Congested Districts Board; and will he state how much has been spent by this Board on highly-bred stallions in congested districts during the last two years.
