§ MR. GOULDINGTo ask the Secretary of State for War whether the twenty Commissions for Militia officers, stated by the War Office Notice of the 8th July, 1902, to be placed 238 at the disposal of the Commander-in-Chief in South Africa, have been allotted; and, if not, when it is proposed to allot them.
