To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he has caused inquiry to be made into the accident on the Great Western Railway, near Cardiff, on 14th November, in which several persons were injured; and what Report, if any, he has received as to the cause of this accident.

(Answered by Mr. Gerald Balfour.) Yes; under an Order of the Board of Trade, inquiry into this accident is being held by an Inspecting Officer of Railways. His Report has not yet been made, but as soon as it has been printed for issue I shall be happy to send the hon. Member a copy.
