§ MR. HERBERT SAMUELI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, in view of the fact that in Parliamentary elections held towards the end of any year no tenant occupier or lodger is able to vote who has not begun his tenancy at a period of from twenty-six to twenty-nine months previous to the election, the Government will introduce a Bill at an early date to amend the Registration Laws by shortening the period of qualification and establishing a more frequent registration.
