§ CAPTAIN NORTON (Newington, W.)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will introduce provisions into the Education Bill, as was 1365 done in the case of The Finance Act, 1894, to prevent sham trust deeds being executed with a view to evading the provisions of the Bill.
§ THE PRIME MINISTER AND FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR, Manchester, E.)I take it that if a trust deed is a sham it will not be upheld by the Courts, and no special provision is required in this Bill to provide against it.
