CAWLEY (Lancashire, Prestwich)I beg to ask the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether there is any provision in the tenders for clothing given out by the War Office that the work is to be carried out in factories; and, if so, if he will state whether a contract has been given out for 20,000 1240 garments to a contractor who has no factory, and is carrying it out by means of outworkers.
