§ MR. TULLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state when it is proposed to release Michael Muldowney, who was convicted of complicity in the Craughwell tragedy eighteen years ago in Sligo.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe Lord Lieutenant, in whom is vested the exercise of the prerogative of mercy, desires me to say that the case of this convict will be specially considered by him on the 23rd January next.
