§ MR. O'DOHERTY (Donegal, N.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland how much of time £500,000 voted by Parliament under the Railways (Ireland) Act, 1896, has been unallocated; and whether, out of the unallocated balance, with a view to the development of the North Donegal fisheries, he will consider the advisability of giving a grant in aid of an extension of the Carndonagh Railway to Calduff.
