§ MR. LUKE WHITE (Yorkshire, E.R., Buckrose)To ask the Secretary to the Board of Education whether, under the Education Bill, County Councils will have to pay or credit each parish within a School Board district the proportion of grant now payable to School Boards under the Agricultural Rates Acts, 1896 and 1901, in aid of repayments of loans and interest.
