§ MR. LAMBERT (Devonshire, South Molton)To ask the First Lord of the Treasury if the loan expenses chargeable to present School Board areas will be included in the total expenses of the authority under Part III. of the Education Bill for calculating the Aid Grant payable to the local education authority.
