I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the product of the penny rate referred to in the Amendment to the Education Bill, put down by him after Clause 10 of the Bill, is intended to be the product of a penny rate charged on the full assessment the rateable property of the area rated, 882 or only the product of the penny rate after the allowance of half the amount on agricultural land has been made.
