§ MR. TULLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received resolutions from the Sligo Corporation and Sligo Harbour Board as to the adoption of Sligo as a port of call for the fast Atlantic mail service with Canada; and if he can state whether he proposes to give effect to these resolutions.
§ MR. WYNDHAMI have no power to give effect to such resolutions. But any representations made to me in the matter of harbour facilities in the west of Ireland I will receive the consideration of the Government.
§ MR. TULLYWill the right hon. Gentleman consent to receive a deputation from the Sligo Corporation on the subject?
