§ MR. BELLI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether an accident which occurred to a fireman named Bernard Smith, at Newry on the Great Northern Railway (Ireland) on kith September last, has been reported to the Board of Trade; and, if so, will he state when it was reported.
