RIGG (Westmoreland, Appleby)To ask the President of the Board of Trade, whether he will grant a Return showing the official fees payable in respect of Letters Patent for inventions in each of His Majesty's Colonies and Dependencies in which such Letters Patent are issued, and at what times, and by what instalments (if any), such fees are payable.
