§ Return ordered, "of Statement showing the population and rateable (and assessable) values of the boroughs and urban districts to be represented on the Water Board together with the same particulars relating to the boroughs, urban districts, and rural districts (or the parts thereof) within the Metropolitan Water Area which are either to be excluded from that Area or to be unrepresented on the Water Board; also the proportion which the population and the proportion which the population and the rateable value of each district bears to the total population, and the total 259 rateable value respectively of the whole of the proposed Water Area."—(Mr. Rea.)
