§ MR. TULLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received a complaint from the Rev. John Curry, Drogheda, that, owing to the interpretation of the new rules by the Commissioners of National Schools, the head teacher of St. Mary's National School, Drogheda, has been subjected to a loss of £50 a year in his income as teacher; and whether it is proposed to refund this sum and to reconsider the payments of teachers and assistant teachers similarly circumstanced.
