TULLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received from the Westport Rural District Council a report setting forth a solution of the Land Question on the lines of compulsory purchase, and an equitable division of the waste grazing lands, and whether he can state if he is prepared to give effect to the recommendations in this report.
