§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Congested Districts Board have yet been able to obtain from Sir John Wolfe Barry, C.E., a report on the condition of Portness Harbour, Island of Lewis; and, if not, will he say when the question is likely to receive that gentleman's attention.
* MR. A. GRAHAM MURRAYSir John Wolfe Barry intimated, on 17th October, his regret that his engagements will not permit of his visiting Port Ness Harbour. The Congested Districts Board are considering as to another engineer.
