WEIRTo ask the Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that although the Court hours at Darjeeling are announced to be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. the Court never commences business until 12 p.m.; will he have some inquiry made into the matter, with the view of preventing inconvenience to litigants and witnesses.
