§ MR. WEIRTo ask the Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that pensioners who are required to attend at the Government Office, Darjeeling, at 11 a.m. to receive their pension money are kept waiting until 5 p.m. before they are paid; and will he have some inquiry made into the matter.
