§ MR. SWIFT MACNEILL (Donegal, S.)I object on the ground that no Irish Member has been placed on the Committee, and I think that that objection is valid.
§ SIR WILLIAM WALRONDThe Committee was reappointed last year, and the Committee of Selection then put an Irish Member on.
§ MR. SWIFT MACNEILLThe hon. Baronet had better learn the lesson that we intend in future to be recognised in the first instance, and not to be treated as mere cyphers in this House.
