§ MR. CLAUDE HAYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, having regard to the number of foreigners convicted on serious charges, especially in the North London sessions, he has taken, or proposes to take, any steps to bring the facts to the notice of the Royal Commission on Alien Immigration, in order that the Commissioners may consider whether these convictions have any connection, and, if so, to what extent, with the immigration of aliens.
