To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Congested Districts Board has received copies of resolutions passed at a public meeting in Sneem, County Kerry, urging that grants should be made towards the establishment of an agricultural bank, the improvement of the breed of Kerry cattle, and the providing of boats and instruction for the fishermen of the district; and, if so, whether effect will be given to these resolutions.
