§ THE CHIEF-SECRETARY FOR IRELAND (Mr. WYNDHAM,) DoverA Sub-Commission last sat at Killarney in December, 1900. There are 146 cases awaiting hearing from this district, and arrangements are being made to send down another Sub-Commission in the course of the next month.
