ATKINSON (for Mr. WYNDHAM)Yes, Sir; an application was made to the Irish Government by the Commissioners in January last for a grant of public money to provide new buildings and equipment for this training college. It has not been found possible to entertain the application in connection with the Estimates for the current financial year, but the proposal will be considered with the Estimates for 1903–4.
