§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether he can give any statistics in regard to the prevalence of cancer in India; and if not, will he cause some inquiry to be made in India, with a view to the preparation of statistics on the subject.
§ LORD G. HAMILTONI have no reliable statistics with regard to the prevalence of cancer in India, but I will ascertain from the Government of India whether any information on the subject is available, or can be procured.
