§ MR. ERNEST GRAY (West Ham. N.)I beg to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education whether, in Appendix G of the Regulations for the formation of a Register of Teachers, it is intended that the Fellowship and also the Licentiateship of the College of Preceptors must both be obtained, or whether the one or the other certificate will be accepted as sufficient for this Regulation.
