§ MR. O'SHAUGHNESSYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state when the Head Land Commission will hear appeals from the Sub-Commission, heard at Kilmallock more than two years ago, some of them having been listed for hearing three years previously.
