I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Secretary for Scotland will grant a Return showing the names and nationalities for foreign trawlers observed by fishery cruisers working in the Moray Firth for each year since 1st January, 1890, the date on which the Sea Fisheries Regulation (Scotland) Act came into force.
