§ CAPTALN NORTON (Newington, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, seeing that a large, proportion of those serving in the Auxiliary Forces now in this country who have served in South Africa, have already received the medal for the South African campaign, he will endeavour to expedite the issue of the medal to the regular troops in this country thereto entitled prior to the Coronation ceremony.
