HC Deb 17 March 1902 vol 105 cc174-5
MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received a memorial signed by representative and business persons in the town and district of Glin, Co. Limerick, asking that the subsidised tourist steamer service between Tarbert and Kilrush be extended to Glin and Foynes; and, seeing that a Resolution to the same effect has been sent to him by the Board of Management of the Glin District School, whether, in considering the matter of the extension, he will give these representations attention.

MR. WYNDHAM

Yes, Sir, I have received both documents, which will receive consideration.

MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY

Will a decision be come to before Easter?

MR. WYNDHAM

I cannot say. I will see what can be done.
