BOLAND (Kerry, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will cause to be printed a copy of the despatches mentioned in the last published Blue-book 876 on affairs in Malta, but which were not printed in it; and whether he will also include the statements in writing sent to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies by several Maltese gentlemen on the occasion of his recent visit to Malta.
