§ MR. ARCHDALE (Fermanagh, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he would state the number of appeal cases to the Chief Land Commission waiting hearing in County Fermanagh;why the Chief Commission omitted County Fermanagh on their last circuit through Ulster; and when they will next sit to hear appeals in Fermanagh.
§ MR. ATKINSONThe number of such appeals is 454. The sittings of the Land Commission are arranged with due regard to the claims of the several districts. No date has yet been fixed for the hearing of the appeals pending from Fermanagh, but I will endeavour to ascertain whether the Commissioners can assign a date approximately.
