MR. HALSEY

reported from the Committee of Selection, That they had discharged the following Members from the Standing Committee on Law, and Courts of Justice, and Legal Procedure (during the consideration of the Midwives Bill), Sir Savile Crossley and Mr. Eugene Wason; and had appointed in substitution Mr. Cohen and Mr. Luke White.

further reported from the Committee, That they had added to the Standing Committee on Trade (including Agriculture and Fishing), Shipping, and Manufactures, the following fifteen Members in respect of the Fresh Water Fish (Scotland) Bill:—Mr. Anstruther, Captain Balfour, Mr. Black, Mr. Bryce, Mr. Caldwell, Mr. Alexander Cross, Earl of Dalkeith, Mr. Dalziel, Sir Edward Grey, Mr. Hozier, Sir Joseph Leese, Sir Herbert Maxwell, Mr. O'Mara, Mr. Shaw Stewart, and Mr. Solicitor General for Scotland.
