§ Mr. CAINEreported from the Committee on Group E of Private Bills, That the parties opposing the City of London (Spitalfields Market) Bill had stated that the evidence of John Collins was essential to their case; and it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said John Collins do attend the said Committee upon Monday next, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
Ordered, That John Collins do attend the Committee on Group E of Private Bills upon Monday next, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
